Anne Measures, a qualified registered general nurse from the Radcliffe Infirmary, Oxford, took a post-graduate qualification in oncological (cancer) nursing from the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.
She qualified as a Colonic Therapist at the National College of Holistic Medicine in the UK.
Colonic therapy became an interest following personal experience of improved health following treatment, having come very close to burnout in the late 1980’s.
Her nursing career has included working as a ward sister on a male medical and coronary care unit, and work with patients suffering from cancer, which led to an interest in nutrition and its effects upon the body.
Anne uses a holistic nursing assessment and individualised plan of care for clients as an effective tool to improve health and maintain well-being.
