Your session will include the taking of your nursing history, which will involve identifying any problems you may be experiencing and a plan made aimed at returning you to good health. Before your first visit to see Anne, it would be helpful if you could print out and fill in this private health questionnaire.
At each appointment, we evaluate how you are progressing towards your goal.
The colonic, itself, will take 30 – 45 minutes. Filtered water is introduced into the colon via the rectum whilst the therapist gently massages your abdomen to release stored faecal matter.
Your modesty is respected at all times. Probiotics and herbal preparations may be prescribed. Anne may advise action regarding nutrition, lifestyle and de-stressing techniques.
Water is introduced at low gravitational pressure. All equipment is used only once and is disposable.
Colonic therapy is not habit forming and is known to improve the tone of the colon.
